To short the stock you either have to be a Market Maker or be able to borrow the shares. With only 14,500 in the float, there's probably fewer than 10 shareholders. Finding those shares to short would be difficult at best. This smells worst than a fish market. You'd better get some confirmation in writing before making an investment.
