Really, really weak, Hogger - "As for the public right to know, I have no responsibility to make any such evidence available to anyone."

There have been times when i thought you might be for real. This is not one of them.

If you can't back it up, i call it bullshit.

Hogger, if you want to intentionally hide the truth from the public, that's fine with me. As you know, the whole process could be done via an agreed upon third party.

At least now, I hope, you'll refrain from any more sanctimonious BS about getting to the truth, since you apparently have it, and have the opportunity to share it, yet still refuse let the public see it.

Even if I had a way to send it to you and not have my phone number attached, I would refrain from doing so for the simple reason that I do not trust you folks any more than you trust me.

You were beginning to gain a little credibility.

Just lost it.

Hogger, do you believe the company fundamentals support a higher stock valuation? From their last 10Q:

ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES

Since the reverse acquisition of Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., (NV) the Company has had limited operations and has made preparation to launch more extensive operations in the near future. Currently, the Company's capital resources are adequate for this purpose. To finance these activities the Company is engaged in the private placement of securities. The company has sufficient capitol for the start of their Direct Marketing Program, which will begin in the third quarter of 1998.

RESULTS OF OPERATIONS

The Company does have limited operations and costs attributed to development of future operations. In the year-to-date ended September 30, 1997,the Company lost $653,104. In the year-to-date September 30, 1998, the Company lost $42,551, which is offset by assets in the amount of $1,636,860.

PLAN OF OPERATION

Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., a privately held Nevada Company. I have wondered why they call themselves a privately held Nevada Company...

What I would like to know is what is a proper market cap for this company, and why?

Criticism and appreciation are both directed primarily at Janice for either increasing the value of the stock price, or hurting it. No one ever mentions the fundamentals and statements issued by the company.
Let us consider what the President, Michael A Sylver stated on July 20, 1998 via a business wire release:

The company has found its market niche and is now going to capture it.
Weekly press releases will keep all shareholders and interested parties informed as to the progress that the company is making.

President, Michael A Sylver, says "this ultra aggressive marketing program will result in substantial revenue gains and increased profitability with the end result being a strong performing stock."

Has AZNT followed through with their weekly releases?

What is their aggressive marketing program? The 10Q clearly spells out what they are going to do, but I am not aware if it has been implemented.

But most importantly is the statement, "substantial revenue gains and
increased profitability with the end result being a stronger performing stock."

President Michael A Sylver states, that for the stock to perform stronger than it was currently, is tied to sales and profitability.
Has AZNT become profitable?

Yet look at the chart, the stock has greatly increased since July...

Now consider the financials and shares issued and outstanding, based on the assets, revenues, cash flow,...what ever means you wish, what in your mind is a fair valuation for the stock, and what is the market cap at this price?
