Neil: The Nestle Company, SAP and a number of other companies with substantial sales and earnings either are or were BB stocks. You will also find a large number of "penny" stocks who actually issue written even if not audited financial statements along with telling the public how much they sold restricted shares for in writing. Without an authenticated verbal copy of conversation its very difficult to hold anyone legally responsible for unsubstantiated claims.

Why wouldn't Motorola be happy to confirm the implementation of a successful application of their neuron chip in conjunction with LONworks technology? Could it possibly be that rather than being an outright sale by ALYA it is a trial installation for which they receive nothing but the opportunity to demonstrate their product. Kind of the type of "Letter of Intent" contract.
