When a company issue shares , to another company, for payment of debt
don't they have to say in their 10q or 10k to whom they went to???
even though they do not have a 10% stake in the paticular company.

just about every 10q I have read and if the company has paid in shares .that company is listed in the filing, or is it just good business
to let the shareholders know , this one I'am not clear on yet.

so if BD was paid in shares , they should of been listed , in the filing.

remember the jeep they have it was paid for by shares and the company listed.

All the shares issued and/or committed

I do not believe for one minute the 25 million in options are included in the 108M, are these 25M part of the "committed"?
