GC, I have seen nothing anywhere to indicate BD is being paid in shares. No idea why they don't name the various companies in the filings. We get things like: "two related entities (which are not affiliated with Golden Eagle)" - these entities get/got 1.5MM shares, whoever they are, to provide "certain services" including introducing GE to investment bankers and accredited investors. "a Bolivian consulting engineering firm" - 999,999 shares - which we now know are restricted. (144)
