Due to the recent slump in internet stocks e.g. Marketwatch.com down to $70, I don't think that the stock is going to get the jolt everyone is expecting from the IPO. I see the stock tanking to $8 or $9 if no IPO announcement at earnings, and with the stocks downward pressure in the last few days I just don't see the announcement happening.

Earnings will be reported Monday after the bell.

The question you bring up also highlights a good dilemma. What happens if they announce the IPO or even mention it during the earnings report? Stock will run...I don't know if I'd want to miss that opportunity. Later today and especially early on Monday, look for big blocks trading on this stock with some upward movement. That may indicate good news.
