A Cognicase share split would put millions of additional shares out there, but would not of course be dilutive per se.

You seemed to be more concerned about additional shares than with what the $70 million might be able to bring to Cognicase in terms of acquisitions. As we know, Cognicase's incredible earnings growth has been attributable in large part to acquisitions.

While your experience with SNDK may be entirely relevant, and I certainly don't blame you for being cautious, we have reason to believe from what we have seen so far that the Cognicase growth story will follow the CGI model.

I recall giving giving the Cognicase thread a heads up about CGI in the fall of 1997 - the analysis I received back in a personal note from one of the denizens was something to the effect that CGI's big growth was now behind it. History has proven how totally wrong that analysis turned out to be - we'll see how Cognicase makes out.
