If not, I say get rid of him. It looks like he was sleazy, and even if the accusations are entirely false, we do not need even the APPEARANCE of bad associations.

Well, he's already getting $250,000 a year plus lots of stock options for the next five years. It won't be cheap to cut ourselves loose from him. What exactly does he do for the $250,000 a year? That's a big salary from a company that's not making any money yet.

Ha! Piercy is a scumbag and a rock around the neck of TSIG. He is baggage that TSIG doesn't need and can't afford. Think his crap has anything to do with the reason the CCI acquisition hasn't been finalized? These dealers have too much documentation of misbehavior to be faking it. They are asking for $7,500 (each?) to go away. This is chump change in the business world. Darrell Piercy (and NOT TSIG) should settle these claims immediately OR RESIGN FROM TSIG! AS for TSIG lawyers charging George and the dealers with libel, puh-leese. Regards, Suzanne
