ALL - Briscoe question: Could he have already sold his 200,000 shares that he bought this past fall? Can he sell them today or must he wait some amount of time? TIA

I don't understand - technically there are no indications for NYSE stocks, only NASDAQ.

This is the statement that really bothers me:

Bob Pisani just mentioned IOM early opening indication of $8.5 'down over $1'

Every quote service I looked at last night showed the close at $9 how can it now be down $1 at $8.5 ? Talk about putting a negative spin on things ! You know, every other stock I own moves quietly up and down why does this one deserve so much attention either negative or positive ? Oh well some things never change.
