MINE always stank IMHO - surprising that so soon after BRE-X that people bought into this hype - luckily memories are short - because if they weren't legit plays wouldn't stand a prayer and financings would be impossible - this is the other side of the coin, and those of us who play in this game benefit from short memory and get taken too. Caveat Emptor all over again. E

Can regulators that allowed massive reward to manipulators of the market, later prevent the eventual massive profits to the opposing "long term investors" when their investments become a monopoly?
