i thoroughly agree with you that any threat of disclosure of anything personal or private is extremely bad, and should be considered criminal...colleen, you know me well enough to know that i never have and never will agree with any these things...you know that i have not been a part of it, and will not be...but...i also think that your vindictive threats to a certain individual were terribly uncalled for, and i think you owe the man an apology...would you have said that to his face...i hope not...
you also know that i believe in the principle that all persons have the right to say what they think...well, as long as it does not have a direct effect upon the lives of others...you know what i am saying...you have never known me to do or say otherwise...on the other hand, you have witnessed my actions and you are well aware of what i think about specifics concerning this company, why i think it, and that i have said it in the most blunt manner...openly...therefore, you know that i have never made any accusation toward you for doing the same...i honestly think you are convicting yourself unnecessarily...you say that you are speaking up because you have concerns...i agree that you should do this if you think it is necessary, or if you think you should be heard...i have done the same...you have read it...others have done the same, as well...when you say that we pretend that everything is well with prwt, and that we are "cloaking and preapproving", well, colleen, i think you have misinterpreted something, somewhere along the line...if you are making reference to our most important rule, that the person who brings information is the one who is free to dispense that information...i am the person responsible for that rule...that rule was designed as a self preservation mechanism to prevent bashing of everything said among ourselves, as is always the case on this thread...not to prevent anyone from finding out what we know, or to keep secrets...but to stop the incessant redicule by a man who has no respect for us or what what we do...in every thing, and at every opportunity...
case in point...cant find something real...make something up...say it is real, no matter how stupid it is...panam is going to incorporate in delaware...as soon as they get the shareholder approval for this or that, they are going to move the whole koot and kaboodle to nevada and do what they damn well please, and to hell with the stockholders...everybody associated with them is a goddam crook, and they have only one master plan, and that is to ruin everybody on earth...and im going to tell you so, every hour on the hour for months, until you believe me...no matter how stupid it is, and no matter how inaccurate it is...you will listen to it, because i am the only one that knows...the rest of you are stupid...

i agree that there is a reason that the price is what it is...i do not agree that we can say for a fact that "nothing" has been "accomplished/finalized"...the facts are that we do not know what has been accomplished, and we do not know what has been finalized...it is not our fault that we do not know these things...actually, in not sure that "fault" is an appropriate term...let me try to explain..."we", (meaning people), have unrealistic expectations...it is our nature...we want everything, and we want it now..."we" think that we should be in charge..."we" think that we are the ones who know what is best..."we" think that we are the only ones who see things clearly..."we" think that our ideas are the only ones that make any sense, given any situation..."we" think that whatever it is that "we" are addressing at the moment, is the only thing that matters, and "we" think that we are the only ones who are capable of doing "it" properly...
"we" dont like being left in the dark by the owner of a company...how dare him not fill us in and get our permission before he makes a move...what an arrogant sob to think he can conduct his business without our approval...do you get my meaning, colleen...it is his company...he has his visions...he has his goals...he has his accomplishments, and he has his failures...he comes up against a brick wall, he has to stop and regroup...he has to take some time and sit back and think about it and see how best to start over...
hey, colleen...how would you like it if you were making a special dinner for some friends...suppose that me and jhild and rosario and issme and erraff and isoman and roger bodine and jt and kristi and barbara and bobkern and about a hundred other people were to converge upon you, in your kitchen, and start screaming in your ear...hey colleen, they would say...that aint the way to do that...we want more onions...hell no we hate onions, we want more gravy...no goddam it, we want more potatoes and less carrots...hey colleen, all you are doin is fuckin up a nice meal, we would collectively say...how would you like that...probably not very much...especially since you are a really good cook, and knew exactly what needed to be done to begin with...
what i am trying to say is this...john has a master plan...parts of it are not going smoothly...parts of it are incredibly worthwhile...most of it is still in negotiation...some of it will not work...little of it is actually defined..."we", the impatient people, are not satisfied with any of that..."we" want it now, "we" want it the way "we" think it should be, and if "we" cant have it that way, then "we" are going to make constant asses of ourselves and cry like a bunch of spoiled little brats...do it now, do it my way, or i will make you suffer forever...
so...he aint got much to say...i dont personally blame him...
now, the way i see it, we all have choices...if we are lucky, or smart, we make the correct choice...if we are unprepared, or if we dont pay attention to detail, we often make the wrong move...putting our money into a stock of a company is our own decision to make...if we like it, we endorse it...if we dont, then we make another decision somewhere else...if our reasons are valid to us as individuals, then it makes no difference what anyone else thinks about it...it is our responsibility to make our choices, for our own reasons that suit, or do not suit us...and we make these choices in good faith, either knowing, or hoping, that we have made wise decisions...
this brings us to influences...people do not see anything the same way...my mama says that if everybody liked the same thing, there would be a shortage of chocolate ice cream...she is right...we get tidbits of information, or misinformation, from the company...we have to try to decide what it means...is it good...is it bad...is it true to begin with...who knows...not me...but it is what we get to work with...it is hard to make these decisions when somebody is making irrelevant stuff up to try to make it look like the sky is falling, hour after hour, day after day, etc...information comes...we have to decide, working together, whether it is good information, or whether it is bad information...it needs to be discussed...it needs to be ferreted out if it is not correct...it helps to be able to do this in the open for all to participate...it helps to be able to look at every thing, good and bad alike, to find out what it really means...but here on this thread that has been taken away from us by two people who are not even involved with it...did you hear that colleen...they are not even involved for cripes sakes...do you really read how they propose their thinking...do you really think they address these issues in a reasonable manner...would you allow your children to ack the way rosario acts...would you allow them to speak to you the way jhild speaks to everyone...i guess not...
colleen, what you think, and your right to say what you think is not the issue here...no-one argues with your right to do these things...who you are choosing to listen to and who you allow to influence your actions toward the rest of us is a mistake...you are being manipulated...i guarantee you, he does not give a hoot whether you live or you die...please believe me...i am not your enemy...i would like to be able to trust you again...colleen, if i did not really feel this way, i would not have taken an hour and half out of my life to talk to you about it...i am not trying to judge you, or to tell you what you have to do, but i am trying to point out to you that i think you are confused, listening to the wrong person, while people who actually value your friendship are trying to reach out to you...you do know who they are...
