You wouldnt know proof/facts even if it was under your nose which it has been for quite some time. Lets try it again. INSIDER TRADING ONLY LICENSED IN 24 STATES, IT SHOULD BE IN 50 STATES AS PROMISEDE, WHY? JOHNNY KEEPS LIEING ABOUT WHEN THE 10Q WILL BE RELEASED, WHY? OK you want facts. Well so do I. Do you know for a fact that the Reverse Merger has been affected? There has been some discussion of this point as it relates to the notion that there will be a new entity comprised of PanAm Bancorp and some other entity. It is a fact Jack, that the shares that you have now cannot possibly be worth the exchange minimum as a 1:1 redistribution in a new Nasdaq listed entity. I speculate that this redistribution ratio will be no less than 100:1 and more likely 300:1. Your good friend jdcpa/SGCR, with Merv Rosenfeld whispering in his ear has rather disingenuously implied that there will be no reverse split. Well call it what you want, but no one will confuse that duck for a swan. As to your group having shame, you cannot possibly be serious to suggest that now ColleenB is on a par with Rosario. That you have chosen to exclude her and for just what reason? Speaking out? That shame is doubly yours for defending the group and affirming thereby that you would agree with those actions. You and the group have no shame. You are hypocrites to the very reason that fisherman Don says you started the group. That has nothing to do with Rosario or myself. That is your own exclusionary practice against anyone that dissents to the group-think. I have found ColleenB to be a formidable debating opponent, because she does engage her brain and she will address issues and think independently about things. Yet you would stifle that. There is your shame. You should be most proud.
