jeffy boy, my advice to you is to get a lawyer. also, i think your fellow defendant janice shell needs a reality check. Have her ask about communication to aznt legal team dated 20 jan. from MacClean. it clearly states that isaac montel has been unsuccessful in contacting aznt "several times", but "wishes to suggests a compromise in the face of your pending application". the "compromise" guy was for aznt to state 1.2 mm shares were free trading, the short position. the "compromise" was denied. i also refer you & your fellow defendant to the motion to extend restraining order & injunction to dtc to lift freeze so the 4.48 million shares can be returned to the court & for andy mann to 'show cause' why the stock should not be returned as the court ordered. andy mann is in default & a non factor. the stock is cancelled. how will dtc , after failing to negotiate a "compromise", & not living up to there past three agreements, defend not lifting the freeze? get a good lawyer jeffy boy, that is my advice. spider
