No, the essence of my argument is that the rich got a tax-break at the expense of the poor. Obviously, the government couldn't cut taxes on everybody and stop at that. Could they? No! Why? Because he numbers had to add up! And that was done on the backs of the poor in the form of a higher payroll tax.
