TO: KIM HART, President of Sungold Gaming International: Are you going to respond to this post from the Gun Lake Band? Tell us something to make us shareholders feel better. Like a poem, a joke, sing us a song, like (Don't worry, be happy), anything to make us feel better. Would you at least do that for us, Mr. Hart?

Whoever posted 3002 is trying to damage the company. We don't know who 'Gun Lake Band' is. It's obvious that whoever posted 3002 is seeking to gain an advantage by creating problems for the company. It could be the short sellers, or it could be someone's idea of negotiating tactics. I don't think it's appropriate to anonymously submit a document like this to SI. I don't know what motivates the sender, but I strongly suspect it's a big pot of money. I think their methods are contemptible, but sometimes large sums of money bring out the worst in people. There are some things we know. Sungold has had a contract with the Gun Lake Band for several years. The contract includes developing a casino in Michigan. So far as I know, Sungold has met all its obligations and has always acted in good faith with the Band. Sungold and its shareholders have been through a lot in the last few years. If anyone thinks they're going achieve some personal benefit at the expense of the company by posting that note on SI, I for one, am not going to help them out. Reactions of fear and distress will only play into their hands. I believe that the company should, and will continue to fight strongly to protect shareholders interests. I'm choosing to support the company, in part, because of the low-ball tactics employed by those who are working against it.

John Lawrence to GLB. Are you there? I hope someone at GLB is listening. I'd just like a chance to talk with you. I know I'm just a Sungold shareholder, and that the GLB probably imagines they have lots of reasons to tune out the company and it's shareholders now. Still, I hope you will listen to a plea for reason and sanity. By now the GLB will be aware of the firestorm that has been unleashed. You will know that the Band and each of its members, and every future business dealing, will be sued for an incredibly large amount of money. Unless it is resolved, this will prevent the Band and all its members from ever enjoying financial security. It's a horrible situation, and I feel badly for all the Band members. I imagine it's very stressful. You're not alone - I know that many Sungold shareholders are also feeling sorry for themselves right now. IMHO, it doesn't have to be this way. I don't know what pipe dreams have been promised to you by your lawyer, and I don't know what wrongs you imagine that Sungold may have committed, but surely nothing could be worth the horror of the situation that you find yourselves in now. What's the point? With this lawsuit outstanding the Band will never be able to make a deal with another operator. You guys are just going to get poorer while your lawyer gets richer. I hope you don't have the illusion that Sungold can be paid to go away with a miniscule settlement. I've talked with the Sungold directors, and I know something about Bob Stocker, and believe me, those guys will go the distance. If you think your situation is ugly now, it could get worse, much worse. They'll be on you like pit bulls on bunnies. For the same reasons that Sungold management will make excellent allies, you don't want them on the other side of the legal table. This company has been growing up over the past few years. It has suffered through many difficulties that could have shut done lesser companies. Many peope have predicted the company's demise, and they have all been wrong. The company is stronger and smarter now than it has ever been. Pit bulls. Please reconsider. You have a way out of this. So you took a wrong turn late last summer. Don't worry about it. The damage can be undone. Do you remember how fantastic the location near Toledo Beach is? 65,000 cars go by one mile away every day. Sungold has arranged a nationally recognized operator, and major financing. The Band can negotiate a deal to include substantial financial assistance while the arrangements are being finalized. I can't understand why the Band would prefer years of litigation and financial duress over a lucrative casino deal that is virtually already in the bag. Does the GLB really want to place its entire future in the hands of it's current legal representative. Has the GLB taken a close look at his track record lately? By my count he hasn't been right about anything yet. Do you realize he stands to win even when you lose? Of course, as a shareholder, I have an interest in the value of my shares. However, I have shares in a company that has another major project, and that will increase the share price. The Band has only the casino project. I doubt that the Band could care less what happens to shareholders, but I sincerely hope that you will wake up before its too late and do what it takes to protect your own interests. It's not too late. The damage can be undone. You still have 20 days to respond to the legal suit. The ball is in your court now. If any of the GLB are listening, thanks for your attention, and I hope you consider wisely what your next move will be.

To each and everyone of the band Members, Sit back and individually think of the road the band has chosen to take! Ponder why the band would switch course middle stream? If it isn't for some individual greed my friend think again! Ask your selfs who is steering the band down this path and I am sure everyone of you can point to a few individuals who are more well to do and/or more influential. Hence these are the same individuals who aspire to want more and seek more individual greed, at all expense! These individuals do not seek win win situations for all, instead they seek win win situations for themselves. The Me Myself and I and the Gun Lake Band, mentality! Before you have these individuals of influence and greed write this post off as another laugher of whining shareholders. Let each individual band member think for themselves, lets look at what would of happen if we continued on the stretch of highway with Sungold! The Band would of been building on very prime land adjacent to highway 75. The land would of been transferred over to the Gun Lake Band in less than two months to build their casino. Who would of benefit from this transaction ----> Gun Lake Band & Sungold. Ah! A few individuals don't like who the beneficial are they may want it to read, -------->>>> Me Myself and I & the Gun Lake Band. Instead of strengthening the relationship and enchanting the wealth of the Gun Lake Band by engaging in a stronger future relationship with Sungold and its future projects, such as the Richmond Downs in B.C. The few individuals believe it is most important that they receive there bigger slice of the cake and they want it now! Greed my friend its all about greed! So it goes that these individuals of few who are well to do and/ or more influential feel they should have more of the cake! And the way to do this is by cutting off the relationship that has been build with Sungold over the past few years! These influential people clearly have tunnel vision and have decided to jump tracks and hope another train will promptly come by! This train they say will certainty bring a bigger slice of cake for us. A piece of cake that will guarantee that the indivduals who are responsible for steering away from working with Sungold receive a bigger share! Greed my friend its all about greed! Now who is to say when this train will come, you will see that with the lawsuits that this may will go on for awhile! The members will start to become impatient and will eventually attract Greeder individuals/ partners! While all of this goes on the Band would of had the land by Monroe! What this litigation will accomplish, attention from the govenment of Michigan, failure to attractive high profile operaters to work with the Gun Lake Band, the loss of prime land, the months/ years of litigation, the further stalling of building a new casino, eventually the prosperity of the Gun Lake Band. All I can say, if the members choose to remain silent and not act, I wish you luck and enjoy the proceedings because at the end of the trial The Gun Lake Band will not be the onces who will benefit. It will be lawyers who will win win in this trial! All that is left to be said is Ask yourselfs, seek why we are steering down this path and you will see the onces who will rise to answer.
