Yes. The liberal Democrats spend mainly on things that don't work, while 'lil Reagan spends mainly on things that explode! They all must've had lots of fun those days... even as they together QUADRUPLED the national debt in less than a decade.

Everyone got a military base, a weapons systems production contract, or a military hospital, or all of the above. Repubs and Demos alike. It works like the highway transportation bill.
