Jeff. I can answer some of your questions.

1. I thought I heard AB and Walt project flat to better revenue in Qtr1, my guess translated minimum of 100m. this would be a 15% increase from Qtr 1 98. Do you agree ?

$100M in Q1 is possible, but not likely. Maybe a M or two more, if Divi can "work hard."

2. Weighted avg of outstanding shares for the Qtr 4 98 and Year 98 approx 40.8. Shouldn't this drop to 39 in 99 ?

If the price of the stock keeps dropping, the share count will drop. The reduction in the share count by the bond repurchase is off set by employee stock options that are finally in the money. We will see insider sells after today. They have been waiting a long time.

3. Comments regarding gross margin %, guess flat to a 1% decrease in Qtr 1 99 ?

C-Cube's target for gross margins is 50%. Their quidance is for a gradual set down each Q.

4. R&D expense (addition of TV\COM) additional 1m per Qtr 99 ?

R&D did not grow this Q, SG&A did. 11 engineers, add 700K per Q.

5. If I take into account all of the above I still see them earning .34 in Qtr 1 99 compared to .27 in Qtr 1 98, a 25% increase. ( In a supposedly not so exciting Qtr ) . 7 pt drop ????

Q1 earnings $.29, Q2, $.28.
