Dear Paul: On Thursday, CHRZ fell 25% because of a downgrade by analyst Brian S. Maimone of ING Baring Furman Selz LLC and a severe downdraft of the NASDAQ. One of those "combinations" that hit just right. However, CHRZ is an excellent investment at this point.
