As I am not an attorney in California, I do not have the links for that state. I do, however, have the applicable rules for my own jurisdiction, New York. I am sure that California's rules are very similar, if not identical. These rules are all based on uniform "model rules".

As I figured, just a youngster, trying to make a name for himself. According to the Cal Bar, Mr. Tyson "has no record of public discipline ordered by either the State Bar Court or the California Supreme Court." I am sure he would prefer to keep it that way.
