Some more questions: Why was the press release issued AFTER Kraber announced the bad news first to Mr. Analyst? This is open and honest management? Give me a break! Does anyone remember whether CSFB did any investment banking work for WIND? And what about the stock split? What is that about? The CSFB analyst said he was "misinterpreted." He announces that he would be a buyer in the low 30's, the stock drops to the low 30's, and now he says he was misinterpreted? Please. From "managed revenue" to "back-end loaded". Boy am I feeling like a sucker.
