My personal opinion is that if our good buddy Potashner isn't planning to blow the numbers clear out of the water and show a profit, the request for 50 million extra shares would be a sure sign that he has landed on his head a few times while jumping out of airplanes.

Blow out numbers? or a brain dead CEO?

Shall we flip a coin? Personally, I think it's too close to call.
