Janice, perhaps we should share some of the research the FBN legal team has done in response to Spidey's allegations that many of us here are about to be sued for "defamation, libel & slander". We know for a fact that Pug's Boxing Gym in Palatine, Illinois, has a contractual relationship with AZNT:PUG'S BOXING GYM IS THE FIRST CHICAGO AREA RETAILER FOR AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES , INC. NUTRITIONAL AND PHYTOGENIC PRODUCTS. pugsboxing.com We know for a fact that Spider Valdez posts on this thread in spirited defense of AZNT. And we have people who allege they have talked to someone named Gary Dobry who admits to posting as Spider Valdez. Gary Dobry just happens to be the owner of Pug's Boxing Gym. We know for a fact that Spider Valdez is being sued for, among other things, defamation: #reply-6781829. If the rumors are correct and Gary Dobry has been served on behalf of Spider Valdez, we'll eventually know through public record if Dobry admits to actually being Spider. If Dobry is served and doesn't respond, he will be in default. Considering Spider Valdez says that people in default risk having their assets immediately seized by federal marshalls, I doubt he'll default. If Dobry is indeed Spider, then his lack of material disclosure about a contractual relationship with AZNT would make him in violation of Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 (Securities Act). In addition, if phone records indicate that he and Mike Sylver have an "active" relationship, the fact that federal court transcripts directly contradict what Spider Valdez has been saying on SI would likely indicate he is guilty of making material misrepresentations with the intent of manipulating the price of AZNT stock. Add those charges to his libelous statements about many of the people posting here, not to mention the LGCY lawsuit, and I'd say the person posting as Spider Valdez is in serious legal trouble for some time to come. Of course it goes without saying that we'll make any public documents relating to the above available via the internet. - Jeff
