Mike, I notice that you are also in CNSI, which proves your bravery ( I was in CNSI back about 3 years ago, but no longer). Reading about CNSI's delisting I remembered that I hold a small NASDAQ listed firm CHDX that does business in China. Last year was a bad one for them and their shares (about 6 mm outstanding) now trade at about $.50/each). They have received a delisting notice from NASDAQ which, if they're unable to appeal and postpone, they'll counter by doing an 8 - 1 (or maybe 5 - 1) reverse split. My question is, in your opinion, would it be better for them to do reverse split in order to keep listed, or instead just to move to OTC:BB with their current share structure intact? Do you know of any firms which, once delisted, managed to regain NASDAQ listing? Thanks, Bill

Mike... followed you over here... good stuff. As you will remember I also "glaumed" up the opening on Friday and CTII is now by far my largest holding. I wouldn't do it JUST for the news, but the stock seems promising and really bombed out as well. Not that it means anything, and it's not a reason to buy the stock on it's own but perhaps for the timing, I find that where there's smoke there's fire. I wouldn't be surprised to see this "press" continue and even escalate scaring some interest into the stocks.

DAK

*Stem cell subthread - CTII * Most readers of this thread are probably aware of the T/FIF thread on SI, but for anyone who is not, there are a few posts on it about stem cell issues and CTII, including the following post by Miljenko Zuanic:
