Our backlog is significant in that as of
December 31, 1998, we had already had on
the books (scheduled for delivery in the first
quarter) enough orders to cover 71% of our
sales goals for the first quarter of 1999.
Much of the sales backlog are scheduled for
shipment in subsequent quarters and
therefore will not be part of the sales
achieved in the first quarter. This month, we
have already begun shipping against this
backlog and are working hard at getting new
orders from new customers. We have a plan
in place that will, we believe, enable us to
achieve the numbers below for 1999:

Our goals include a first quarter 1999 sales
goal of $482,700, escalating through the year
to a 1999 sales level of $3.4 million (with a
net profit of $600,000).

We have the marketing plan to get the
orders, the capacity to manufacture the
product and the talent on hand to make this
work. We've already received orders to
cover about 70% of the first quarter sales,
and we're well on our way to achieving the
rest of this sales goal.

Today, DCH Technology is a small, but powerful company. We believe 1999 will be a breakthrough year for us and we expect
great things in the future.
