As Mr. C in the White House is the one completely responsible for the longest peace-time expansion since Christ, maybe he orchestrated the whole Monica/Starr saga as a way of aiding Mr. Greenspan in his concerns over the "irrational exhuberance" taking place in today's market. How can we doubt anything this president has to say when he has done everything (except for actually having sex) for the good of the country?@!@#?>?!!!
