Val - two different things again entirely. The FAQ Q&A was to ensure people that if they were sometimes using some sort of NetPhone program that they could still use it. That FAQ was written a long time ago - it's about BT when used as a private remote access system for corporates and does not reflect some of the things they've been working on since then. After all this time haven't you noticed that they aren't very keen in writing things and don't seem to attach much priority to the website?
