I hope not and I don't think so. I still have more than 4K shares(some of them were gifts pre-split). I sold 1K but wrote 10 Feb 130 puts and may have to take assignments. I sold at $143 and I have $6 from the put premium. I also wrote 10 Feb 145 calls for $5 plus premium. It's a package deal!

I am very comfortable holding Intc long term; but it's the largest single holding for a long time, so diversification is needed.

Did you take a large position? I think selling puts is the best way to accumulate Intc shares, Intel does it "regularly".

IMHO, yes. I expect a downside of b/w 120-123.
