Mohan, to say "it is not a fair comparison" is putting it mildly. For most of the time period you picked, DCLK was not even in existence. If you really want a fair comparison, you should at least pick a starting time when both companies are in business, or better still, go back to when DELL first started out and compare a starting period equal to the time DCLK has been in business. So you don't like the roller coaster ride - some would call the dips buying opportunities. I remember a day last fall when the inter-day low on Dell fell into the lower 40's. Didn't last long, but really scared the heck out of me. Bet you would call that a buying opportunity.
