Daniel,

The cards went in fine, but I'm getting an error log entry saying the "Server" service can't start because of insufficient memory! 128MB and it's insufficient! This causes a cascading series of errors which result in not having a network. Any clues?

Thats an easy one. You forgot to re-install SP3/SP4 after each network change. I have had this problem numerous times in the past....
