Mary Feder did not write this one. Hauppauge, NY----Dec. 3, 1998-- PanAmerican BanCorp. (NASDAQ BB: PRWT - news) announced today that it has appointed Mary M. Feder to the position of Vice President, Investor Relations. Mary comes to PanAmerican BanCorp from The Long Island Savings Bank where she was Vice President, Investor Relations responsible for founding the department after the Bank's Initial Public Offering in April 1994. As part of her responsibilities, Mary developed strategies for communication with the financial community and the media.

September 23,1998 at the Great Neck Inn in Great Neck, Long Island. All issues were passed unanimously by the many shareholders who attended the meeting. The name of the company is officially PanAmerican BanCorp, (no longer Purewater Sciences International Inc.). A new Cusip # is being applied for. I wonder what this means? I wonder what John will do with the 400,000,000 shares of the PRWT {SHELL} that he owns? JEinstein, Holeene, and Blosario, you really should give your bashing a rest! Don't you think that you all would be more sucessful if you weren't so obvious? As far as the email group goes, you are accusing it of being a way to Hype, or manipulate the stock price, in order for this to be true, wouldn't there have to be some one, or all in the group actually posting hyping comments? OVER and OVER again, like you do in your bashing? It is evident that you and Rosy, and Coleene share your private messages with each other, so that makes you a organized bashing group, RIGHT? I know that you will deny it, but I feel sure the majority of the thread know it's true!!! One last question, when one exposes a company for being fraudulant, he/she are considered a hero.
