And perhaps more important is not who authored it, but who approved it. Technically only an officer can sign off on pr's and that officer has to be pre-approved by the b.o.d. to do so. It simply does not fit for this to be an outright scam. Only the month of DEC. saw big block selling. The risk is far too great for the officers of panam to be shaving this for pennies. A true scam would be run a lot "cleaner" than this. Shit, a couple good pr's back to back and they could pull out with millions. So why aren't they doing this.
