Oh, I saw it and it's a good link. The problem is that it doesn't account for what happens when you're trying to maintain a real-time connection over the net. Of course all the samples sound fine since you're downloading them first and playing them after - hardly the way full duplex speech is expected to occur.

It kind of reminds me of many years ago when some would record a letter on a small reel-reel tape and mail it.
