My gut also says this is worth taking a crack at (which I have since I am currently long). If the aquisition is finalized it seems definitely worth it based on Click's expertise and the backing of France Telecom (who plans on being a big internet player) and Bernard Tapie, who has been highly successful in business.

The facts that the letter of intent has been signed and this isn't just rumor, and Mr. Tapie has been an active and key player in the aquisition lead me to think that the delay is in the details of HOW it will go through and not whether it will go through.

These things take time. One or two months to finalize an aquisition really doesn't sound like much at all given these circumstances. There are some large figures involved, and Click isn't some 3 month old company being run in some college fraternity house. There is a history and a major distance factor to work through as well as who knows what else. I mean think about it--Europe, the Midde East and United States are involved!

It very well could be that they are primarily working on a business plan for going forward. Still, the volume keeps me in check.

But, of course, this is not much to go on. Just my gut feelings too. Ted

Hello Roy and I have experienced those same gut feelings and must admit there are times that I have thought of selling myself. The low volume has been a concern to me as well but even when we were in an upward trend the volume was low even then. My feelings have taken a roller coaster ride on this one from being up beat to very low. After the last message from Mr. Bendov I'm back on the up side again with my emotions and now convinced that the deal will close IMHO. Let's hope that Click is holding a few cards that haven't been shown that will bring in the volume that we have all continued to expect and waited for.

Regards,
Fred

Hello again Roy. In my last response I forgot to mention that I hope to see you back on board. Each individual must make their own investment decisions and would like to ask all of you to do your dd and not make your investment decisions based entirely on anyone's post. I will post as much dd as possible but continue to encourage all to do some dd. Any opinions that I or anyone here post should be construed as opinions and nothing more. Hope to hear more from all of you as we continue to wait for substance.

Regards,
Fred

Roy please do climb back in. It does not take much to move this stock up or down. Don't you just love a small float. Actually since there is no volume to speak off I am glad that the MM's have a wide spread between the bid and the ask. I think the MM's have helped the price as high as it is. I am looooooong.

I almost sold for a 50% profit but got greedy planning for the big pop we were going to get. So instead I bought some more and am wishing I had bought some more PNLK instead. Oh Well. Hope to get some good news soon. I can wait, won't sell unless I need a tax write off at the end of the year.

I do read this thread everyday and am glad to see you guys holding things up.
