Hello Ted. I am in agreement with you on the "how instead of if" in reference to the Starnet deal being consummated. We have some basis for our optimism: 1. The president has stated they wanted this deal to allow them to invest in the US marketing and have a strong hold on the east coast. 2. Mr. Bendov has also stated that the deal is moving forward. 3. Click wants this deal to save face with the alliances that it has already established. 4. Mr. Bendov has stated they need this deal since they are taking their first big steps in the market. 5. As president of Click, Mr. Bendov is continuing to market the company and their product and is getting great feedback. He has stated they do not want to lose this momentum. These are most of the comments that I have pulled from the last e-mail from Mr. Bendov. I encourage all of you that have a vested interest in STEN to send him a note and ask questions. He has always responded in a very timely manner and shown a genuine interest in shareholder concerns. Regards, Fred
