THANKS MARCOS. MY HARD DRIVE IS FULL AND UNABLE TO DOWN LOAD TILL TUESDAY. I DID NOTICE DIRECTORS HAD SOLD DEBS. AND PURCHSED STOCK AT SAME TIME.

Hi finally got up and running again. Checked sedar and found $675 mil. unsecured convertable debentures issued.at 6% maturing Dec 15 2006.convertable at $9.50. After 2000. Based on the last asking price, aprox. $61. earned intrest equils 12.5%. I suppose they could stay short for a long time.But i suspect if the short position starts reducing (it was i beleave 20 mil. before christmas)This could indicate a future rise in stock price.Since there is aprox. 1/3 of debentures = short and insiders have debentures IT is a good bet they will be ahead of market.
