Mr. Carmichael

Thank you for your most informative post. Since Vervonex
has a small trade float, are they well positioned for a
"Pump and Dump" opportunity? VXTK is in it for the duration.
They are working to secure more contracts to make money.

It would appear to me that perhaps only one of two things
could happen to Veronex. They either get a good share of
contracts and make money, or they "Pump and Dump" and make
money. How can you lose. Buy Veronex, now when it is still
affordable and stay in it for the long. You can't lose.
You will make much more money in the long run. I consider
over 16 months long.

your point IS valid concerning possible stock manipulation - but "pump and dump" is much more prevalent and dangerous on message boards like this. 90% of financial PR does not engage in "pump and dump"/manipulation. but i would guess that 50% of investors on message boards are engaged in a mild form of manipulation. i.e. talking up stocks, creating interest in obscure penny stocks that they have a big position in - then selling all the stock without first telling their "friends".

maybe investors on these boards should disclose THEIR position whenever they post...

i GUARANTEE you that more people have lost money listening to some crackpot on SI than listening to the "professional" pump'n'dump crowd -

Kerry:

You are wrong about how financial publicity works. The small stocks, OTC-BB companies, are forced to pay just to get their news published. Even Barron's charges a fee to publish news releases for OTC-BB stocks. Big companies are the news and already have advertising "trade-offs" working with the major publications. This is a fact, just call Barron's, Wall Street Journal or Investor's Business Daily and ask to place news for a small OTC-BB company. There will be a fee to place "news" for an OTC-BB stock. None of these publications state this fact or how much is paid.

Yes, Veronex has paid these publication to get exposure including news release disclosure. Veronex must circulate news releases by SEC regulation and Veronex pays a news wire service to do this function. Veronex pays a distribution fee to accomplish full and fair disclosure regulations. News goes to the news wire first.

If any of you folks are interested Veronex maintains a web site, to keep investors interested in the facts informed of current news and the product. Anyone interested in the facts can just visit veronex.com.

Veronex is working as effectively as it can to make the I|Nova System technology better known. The I|Nova System is a fifth generation language software product which may be the answer to the problem in mainframe computer applications today. Because I|Nova is new and different, it has experienced some market resistance. However, the problem of the old "coding" method of developing computer software applications being broken will not go away. The Y2k problem is just one symptom of the broken code problem. I believe that the I|Nova System is the best answer and best cure for the problem with legacy applications.

Bickering about who pays what for advertising is a waste of time. All companies pay for advertising and promotion. All companies claim their products are good. This information is not news. The SEC does the best it can with limited resources.

The issue on this SI board is Veronex and its product, the I|Nova System. This person DD is hiding behind an alias. Why? DD's effort to misdirect and to dilute are not worthy of any effort. Whoever DD is he is the one who the SEC should talk to and determine his financial interest and motives. You can bet DD will post something negative and/or designed to take the focus away from Veronex and its I|Nova products.

Anyone interested in Veronex or the I|Nova System can contact the company directly via the web site. The company has nothing to hide and will answer questions.
