Then, Mel I ask you, do you believe that Madera can sell this land for $96 million? Because if you do you must be desperately waiting to buy tomorrow. Those statements in the release, while certainly not concrete like an annual report, are very enticing. I've got quite a bit(by my standards)riding on this and possibly more tomorrow. I want clarification.
