Alan. Good responses. I appreciate being able to share opinions with someone who listens and responds courteously and respectful.

Now here is my thoughts. You said, "Same thing with the reverse merger. Sounded good to all in the beginning, but then PanAm started getting all sorts of deals in the basket to go after, some may be good, others a waste of time. But the fact is, now they might be in a position to merge with more than just a shell. Now they might have enough going for them that they might be able to attract a company with a NASDAQ listing. But nobody has made a commitment yet, nobody really knows how the future is going to unfold for PanAm. Should we go ahead with the PRWT/PanAm reverse merger? Should we go with this NASDAQ listed company?"

(Sorry to quote you. Needed to get it up here where I could see it. Wasn't being nasty.)

How could they be in a position to attract a company with a NASDAQ listing without PRWT? We all believed John when he stated he acquired 400M shares of PRWT to cause the reverse merger in question here. I am not smart enough at this to know how to verify this purchase of shares that John made. But these shares are the whole basis for PanAmerican. These shares are what he is reportedly using to lure other companies into the fold. Without them, I just don't see how these acquisitions could have happened. With the shares, vision, and a business plan, thats how I see it. First was to convince RMC whom he was familiar with. Once they were in the fold, he could start using their financial history for convincing others to join in his plans. I am sure you are familiar with how most of us think this went so I won't beat this into the ground. The point is PanAmerican needed PRWT for the shares, even more than the listing, to accomplish their short term goals. Being listed on a BB was not why they bought PRWT.

What are your thoughts about this? How do you figure they got where they are, or where we think they are, without PRWT and those 400M shares?

I agree that we don't know what we got. I am not the least bit happy about that. Yes, I wish they would release some news to keep us informed. I have always said that PanAm has a responsibility to its shareholders which includes keeping us informed. Its great that so many people in their organization will talk to us. This IS reassuring. But it is not a suitable replacement for releasing news over the wires. I strongly believe they are VERY negligent in this responsibility to us, the shareholders. And this is what I blame the most for your doubts. I find myself having doubts. Our only difference is faith. I still have faith in them and believe in my investment. My faith doesn't help you though. Doesn't help anyone but me. I've done my research, made my calls, and I am still comfortable with my investment.

Thanks for listening. I am really enjoying this discussion.

Respectfully,

Bob

But on another note, Maybe PRWT will reverse merge with AT&T, or DELL, or YAHOO, maybe even Amazon, hey, who knows, they are as provable as your manipulative statements!!!!!!!
