World markets are down substantially now. China situation is not going to help either. Factoring the runup of more than 100% for some stocks, the mkt is pretty much ready to have a correction of around 10%. For hightech, it will be around 30-40%, and especially for stocks such as CSCO, LU and the likes that had gone up a lot. Target entry prices:

CSCO -> 70-75$
LU - 82-87
NT -> 40-43
CPQ -> 37-40

From the recent DLJ report:

Due to the company's (Cisco's) dominance of data networking, Cisco is arguably the best-positioned company to benefit from the convergence of voice and data networks.

The report does not regard Nortel as a significant factor in the future vis a vis Cisco.

Few apparently do.
