Alan. You are correct about any corporation having stock, thats a part of becoming incorporated. I guess this is one of those "faith" things I mentioned. John did mention at the shareholders meeting in September that he acquired 400M shares of PRWT. This was reported by those shareholders who attended. I guess faith is all I have on this issue. I am not smart enough at this to no what trail to look for to verify this. If I call the transfer agent, can they confirm the amount of shares John has?

I just trust that since he said he bought them and the fact that we are trading and reporting news under the PRWT name (what little news we are getting!), that it has in fact been done. Even saying this, you raise some good questions. Again, we are in an area where I am a complete novice. But if he acquired these shares, and got SEC approval, wouldn't he have had to register the stocks for PRWT under the name of PanAmerican to do the things we are doing? These things being the trading and releasing news as PanAmerican Bancorp OTC/BB (PRWT).

By the way, for what it is worth, I sent a very lengthy letter to John just now. I posted it on RB. I know you don't like that thread, but if you would like to see what I sent, its posted there. I will report back anything I should receive from the company, provided they respond.

Thanks for the discussion,

Bob

alan
you said you lost faith in the company so sold for a tax write off and just kept a few of your 7 figure shares that you had owned.
I was just wondering if these share that you says you bought on Dec 3 were bought before or after you took your tax write off.

Now I'm totally confused about when you lost faith in PRWT decided to sell for this tax write off. Because it seems you were still singing it praises here.
When exactly did you realize that the company was not worth your investment? and sold for this tax write off?

rosy, I disagree with the notion that releasing company news on their web page, is not legally binding. Those are company facts publisized to the public at whole, on the public internet, for the whole world to see. Those facts represent the company as they stand, whether on the internet, or news wire, and they ARE liable for those releases. If that were not the fact, and could not held accountable for authorized statements, you would not see succesful court battles emerging on the horizon involving stock manipulaters falling under the gavel do to internet "bashing". Any body who publishes statements to the general public, MUST stand accountable. Which, by the way, you should take into VERY serious consideration!
As far as the need for financials, you don't know anything more than anyobody else knows. You can't put a value on it till then. So what? every one else who reads this thread knows it too. Even the best trader merely speculates that his technical, fundamental, and common sence will lead to a winner that day. I don't care if were talking about MSFT, or PRWT. Know body knows what could happen the next day, thats why we have somany daytraders these days.
You play your best prospects, and speculate. I still speculate that PRWT has a very bright future to it, as well as many other people on this thread.
Now, I know very well that none of what I said means sh!t to you, and believe me, I wouldn't have done so if I thought you were the only one to read this. So, in wrapping this thing up, Happy Holidays, and as always, eat sh!t!!

Hi, all. Just thought I'ld stop by, and see whats happening. Same old broken record with our two resident idiots I see. I just can't imagine the wasted grey matter between those two sets of ears, with nothing better to do than hang around all day, night, and weekends, bashing a two cent stock! UNBELIEVABLE!
Whats almost just as bad, is that every one else keeps playing with them, and draging it on, and on, and on......

Welp, see ya. I can only read so much of this sh!t.

Oh, BTW. Gus doesn't have anything to do with PRWT anymore from what I understand, He just keeps hanging around in the shadows for some unknown reason. He might still hold some shares. Sort of reminds me of some guy's that want to come into work on the weekends, just so they don't have to go home to....whatever.
