I agree about the underwriter... from the little bit I've learned over the years about these PPs, the underwear has the right to decide if previous PP shares can be sold at IPO...

In fact, I'd RATHER have my shares restricted a bit longer (and possibly have the option to sell say 10% at IPO)... I think it would improve the chances of the stock going up with fewer shares available for trading... but I wouldn't want the restriction to last a full year.

JMHO.

Al, just heard from Helen (Talk about working late on a Sunday!) and she confirmed for me the same information. She also said that those who had been holding two years or more did not have to file the 144! That covers 80% of my PP shares :-) and the rest will be two this July.

Sounds like our SHM will be back in WLV, although final decisions on place and timing are still being discussed.

Mitch, I'm pretty sure the 144 is done through the company (Helen) to the SEC although I didn't ask that question. We will also need the Cusip number.
