Janice, Ellen is wrong regarding Principal/Everen having been short, RMIL.

You said also that Everen had a short position in OVIS/RMIL.

I don't know what tonto was thinking of when he asked you that. Imagine expecting you to discuss something related to AZNT!

Can't resist, huh?

You have insisted you & your comrades are here to "help" investors. I have posted here that your manner and methods, a la cat-and-mouse games don't help anybody. Hints, insults, name-calling and the like don't do anything to get at any truth(s). Yet you continue them. It's pointless to try to discuss with you because it simply doesn't happen. You refuse to post WITHOUT your insults, etc. So why bother?

And it's STILL not up to you or your comrades to tell anyone what they can or should post about. Why do you think that YOU can dictate?

You actually had the audacity to post that you don't "approve" of cat-and-mouse games. That's very cheeky of you in light of the fact that that's what you mostly do. For just one example, you dropped numerous hints about an "Errol". Care to just spit out who this person is? If there really IS an Errol. And what the relevance is?

Believe it or not, I at one time actually wanted to read what you & some of your group had to say, as I was mindful of lessons learned. That sure didn't last long because you all quickly fell into the games, the taunts, etc. So the posts are far more entertainment than they are information.

I've stated here on this thread what MZUBOZ concurred with in his post. You respond to him with a very civil post. But in posting to me, you bring out the venom. That's just strange Janice.

you said that one of the reasons you felt Mike Kugler was untrustworthy

That is not what I stated.

But, I'll bet you'll feel like arguing that too. In case you do, can you show where that was stated?

In point of actual fact, Kugler first posted at SI on 23 August 1997. Two days later he disclosed his occupation

It's been so long, that it IS possible I forgot how long he'd been posting prior to disclosing he was a broker. Perhaps the dates you cite are correct. I'm sure you can get smartin to double-check for you. That IS where you all get all your old RMIL stuff, isn't it?

Your quotes of Kugler's post:

My firm does not make a market in this issue.

Are you just taking him at his word?

Nothing prevents me from posting as a private citizen, and I will continue as I see this type of situation developing.

He WAS prevented from posting - but much later, after his firm had been contacted. As a broker, his posts required approval of his firm's compliance department.

Now, since you want everybody to discuss AZNT, how about telling us about this Errol?
And can YOU answer those questions Tonto asked?

What you've failed to make note of Janice is that Kugler's first on OVIS/RMIL (not his first "at SI") was #1334:

Why are you asking for your certificates?

The post you cited, in which he discloses that he's a broker -

Message 2046428

is post #1892. So there were 558 posts made between Kugler's first post there and the one in which he FINALLY discloses being a broker. How many posts did he make between #1334 and #1892? What all did he say or advise before it was known there that he was a broker?
