So the posts are far more entertainment than they are information.

Cheap shot Ellen. We do of course mean to amuse ourselves and others, but let's face it: we've posted one HELL of a lot of information about AZNT. And what have Pugs and the Stooges contributed? Nothing at all.

I've stated here on this thread what MZUBOZ concurred with in his post. You respond to him with a very civil post. But in posting to me, you bring out the venom. That's just strange Janice.

Why is that strange? You've been both rude and hostile to me from the outset.

It's been so long, that it IS possible I forgot how long he'd been posting prior to disclosing he was a broker.

So if you couldn't remember, why didn't you check? Not difficult to do. Instead you chose to accuse.

I'm sure you can get smartin to double-check for you. That IS where you all get all your old RMIL stuff, isn't it?

No, actually not. Guess what? The OVIS/RMIL threads still exist.

My firm does not make a market in this issue.

Are you just taking him at his word?

Yes, actually. It became known that he worked for Everen; it's not exactly difficult to find out what stocks they make a market in. Why would he tell such a stupid lie? That's Spidey's specialty; most people don't do it.

He WAS prevented from posting - but much later, after his firm had been contacted. As a broker, his posts required approval of his firm's compliance department.

You phrase this as if he'd been deliberately defying the orders of Compliance. This isn't a law, you know; different brokerages have different policies. And of course we all know many brokers and other market professionals who post here at SI. I would guess that Compliance asked him to stop posting when Pugs and Riley began their campaign of harassment.

As for Errol: well, we all have our secrets. Tellya what: you persuade Pugs to fax those "judgments" to Jeff so he can add 'em to the Magnetic Diary file, and I'll explain.

And can YOU answer those questions Tonto asked?

About the "firebombing"? No. Obviously not. If I could, I'd have responded.

Sorry. I so hate to disappoint those of you who want to believe I had something to do with it. Sometimes I think I really should bring a libel suit...

Uh oh, you misspoke yet again. MK had posted fo the SEXI thread for quite some time prior to posting on the RMIL thread which he first did in response to having one of his posts from another thread posted to the RMIL thread. When it was posted there to support a point of the RMILians, MK made his first appearance to point to the fact that his post had been edited. Any doofus who bothered to read the SEXI thread would have known that he was a broker, it was not an unknown.

>> It's been so long, that it IS possible I forgot how long he'd been posting prior to disclosing he was a broker. Perhaps the dates you cite are correct. I'm sure you can get smartin to double-check for you. That IS where you all get all your old RMIL stuff, isn't
it?<<

As to your constant cat and mouse references, many of us who posted information did post questions designed to get YOU to do some work on your own, after all it was your money on the line, not ours. I for instance posted that the Hialeah plant was no longer owned by RMIL, yet not one of you had the good sense to make a phone call to determine whether or not I told the truth. You chose instead to say I lied. MK posted many instances of information he had that was in conflict with what you were being told. You didn't even want to pay for a single phone call to check out the sources that he posted. MK always gave you the information and the source of it. You chose to deny the facts.

He was your best source but you were too dumb to realize it. In a puzzling leap of logic it seems that you figured if you could get rid of MK, RMIL would become a a market leader in the
garment/water industries...Ha !!
