Anyone interested, here's what I received from DLJ, 24 Jan. They also said there's a $25.00 Re-org fee.

I'm surprised they didn't want a copy of my mothers birth certificate too!

On your XXX warrents of restricted Corporate Vision are held within your account. These securities contain a restrictive legend which renders them subject to SEC Rule 144 (unregistered securities or "control stock").
