On the "just politics" subject, brees, I have to quote a local legal authority, who seems to actually agree with me somewhat on this matter.

An impeachment and trial by the Senate is NOT a Court of law. It is a uniquely political process governed by the Constitution and the rules of the House and Senate. The Senators will decide if the facts as proven warrant [Clinton]'s removal from office. techstocks.com
