I'm afraid I don't think the reverse merger not be completed theory is true. But if you believe its true than I guess Insider trading doesn't have to answer anymore of yours or my questions cause its really not a publicly traded company it belongs to Panam and if Colleen's theory is true we don't own it.

Well that may be an unnecessary expense to register in more states if the states that they are already registered in are not yielding them customers. The disappearance of the All-Tech Investments rumor has removed the cover story that they would soon be registered in all states. A minor correction though Rosario, it is not 23 states it is only 22. Gold Country Securities (CRD# 20375), the underlying brokerage entity that executes the trades for IT, is only registered in the same 22 states as last year. (There are 24 registrations - 22 states, the SEC and the NASD.)
