This is what happens when reporters who know nothing about the market or the rules try to pretend they know. You skipped the whole part when Ms Morgenson called me several months later to ask me about this incident ,,thats when i said , "I have no idea what you are talking about"" I also told her I could let let her know in detail if she wanted to get the facts,,, she then said No thank you and hung up..BTW, I have recieved an apology from Ms Morgenson, and absolutrely no violation was committed simply because I moved my market up and I was liable for a total of 500 shares on WELL and I told who ever was on the phone that we had DATEK ahead,, BTW no complaint was ever filed nor did Key West do anything wrong but you still ommitted part of the story and you are goinmg to pay for being a stalking and harrassing individual.. When a market maker moves up " right before your eyes" its called getting out of the way...

............................... The "Rashoman effect" is a term derived from the Akira Kurosawa classic samurai movie "Rashoman".... In this movie the same story of a rape and murder are told from four different perspectives....... Each participant- the murdering bandit, the raped lady, and the murdered samurai husband via a medium- tells the story of what has transpired the way in which the "facts" reflect most favorably on their respective characters..... Finally after each of the three has altered the actual events to fit their perspective for both aggrandizement and self effacement, two impartial farmers who witnessed what really transpired retold the tale. Without embellishments, aggrandizement or required interpretive self effacement, the bandit was made to look like the biggest fool..... Is Elgindy the metaphorical bandit? He has repeatedly demonstrated his proclivity to fabricate on "the fly"..... But then again what does this all have to do with the issue at hand.... For I have made and reiterated my point. Elgindy through his equivocations has only further reinforced these points.... SO much for this last chapter...in Elgindy's troubled existence............ Just proves family, friends and a common and greater bond between man and man plus man and nature (be that God or whatever) is greater than anything a desperate quest for a dollar can obtain.....
