Novell Inc.'s new SQL integrator promises to bring the same kind of seamless connectivity to relational database applications the company has long brought to the file server market.

Lock and Load time.....!

Keep em coming Paul.

Hope the "eyeballs" at Novell are reading this thread.

I'm still waiting to hear back from them on whether I can meet with some folks in the NDS group on the back side of skiing in early March.

Open up Novell.

I specifically requested a chance to meet with Schmidt. We have vertical market product opportunity in the professional trading side of the securities industry which I would like to bring to the NDS table.

I have the original email I sent requesting this meeting. Received a quick reply they'd be back to me. Still waiting for a followup.

Paul, I'm in NYC with our 4 founders of a new company we are forming for this initiative. Would you care to sign an NDA and come into our circle? We are meeting with all the BIGGIES. Below radar of course.

There's a system out there whose goose is being cooked right now: Optimark. They are trying to break down the old boy network. We are coming in right in their shadow and will potentially feed a lot of business into their model.

We don't see much in NT other than it being a necessary client app platform at the low end.

Everything moving to into bandwidth.

Novell makes bandwidth smart.

There's a chaotic method to my madness which I appreciate in you as well.

Keep the flame.

When people from completely opposite sides of the spectrum in spirit and approach can agree to lock into a trusted center meeting point for the common good of the whole there is no telling how big this dialogue could become.

Your Digital Me comments are strikingly valid. I want Digital Me and NDS as part of the technology infrastructure we are designing for our securities industry stuff.

It's great fun. Would like you to play some role in this public/private mindshare building exercise we've been nursing along.

E-mail me so we can check your availability this week (Wed-Fri NYC).
