John,

Your reading of short-term machinations in the price of MU makes sense to me, but don't you see the potential for a major pullback in the whole tech-stock arena (i.e., NASDAQ correction) as an over-riding factor at this time?

MU seems to track the daily action of the NASDAQ composite like a shadow.

I'd buy the calls now, and be out of them by the end of the week. Picking the right one, either the Feb 70 or 75 call, should get 80-100% this week with Chas' take on spot price movement probably up.
