So Barbara, knowing how much you like info from Raging Bull, I thought I would point out this post that dieta coke may have missed: By: RACERx Reply To: None Monday, 25 Jan 1999 at 4:41 PM EST Post #7573 of 7573 My concerns at this point are as follows: 1> We were told at shareholder meeting that a) the shareholders voted to have the name change to Panam... furthermore the merger of Panam into Purewater was unanimously voted upon. b) all issues were passed and voted upon. 2> (stemmed from 1) We were told on Website that a cusip# was being applied for. I can't think of any reason to delay this for so long. What is the turnaround time for applying for a cusip anyway? I know that many of you might say maybe they haven't decided on a new name yet...well, its been 6 months now. 3> My worry is that... yes, we own PRWT shares. The cusip# is still for Purewater.. the shell.. incorporated in Delaware. So, howse about our slice of the Panam pie? I would feel better knowing Paman changed the cusip# and having their Co. name under the symbol PRWT before entering into any deal with any co. that is possibly considering issuing shares and looking for listing on the NASDAQ. That way we see a physical tie to those PRWT shares. Otherwise, I feel that Panam could strike a mother of a deal and jettison PRWT shares.... They say "PRWT is striking deals and acquiring Cos. with excess shares" Well, Panam has not said this officially and this is the speculation (justification for the Large Amount of Shares) by our fellow shareholders. Hmmmmmm.... 4> No financials.... Well there you have it. Has any one thought about it this way. Since our beloved shares are of PRWT -- (Purewater Sciences) and since Panam has not received the new cusip# , Purewater really doesn't have financials to report do they? Only Panam does. So why would they post financials to the symbol of the old company? Makes sense to me. Here again lies the connection problem betwixt the symbol PRWT and the co. Panamerican Bancorp, there simply is no connection, other than by word of mouth. They said via press release back in the summer that a reverse merger was to occur... it was voted on at a shareholder meeting... a name change was approved..... My question is ... Where is the physical documentation? Why was it not published on the website? And how come these issues have not been addressed again? All of these issues, as far as I can tell, seem to be the last obstacles and apparent worries of other shareholders... I am an objective person.. I am not bashing here. I want to bring my ideas to the table here to generate some constructive criticism . I may be off base here but then, I don't know of a person yet on any thread that has hit the nail right on the head. RACERx ragingbull.com
